Compositional modelling of immune response and virus transmission dynamics – Supplementary data

This repository contains calibration and simulation data accompanying the paper of the same title about the interaction of the adaptive immune response and transmission of SARS-CoV-2. All data is reproducible from the software at https://git.sr.ht/~wwaites/immune-transmission however reproduction is computationally expensive. For this reason the data is made available separately here.
