To investigate transcriptional changes on three different cell lines cultured in 8 different maturation media formulations compared to maintanence media Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 19c3, 25c3, and GW132c2B cell lines cultured in RBAI, complete maturation media with galactose (MMc), complete maturation media with glucose (MMc-glu) complete maturation media with no fatty acids (MMc-no FA), complete maturation media with no fatty acids or BSA (MMc-CD), simple maturation media with galactose (MMs), simple maturation media with glucose (MMs-glu), simple maturation media with no fatty acids (MMs-no FA), simple maturation media with no fatty acids or BSA (MMs-CD), with one independent biological replicates (derived from different passages) for each sample.
