Zoysia japonica Genome sequencing

The genomic sequencing data pertains to the COM ecotype of zoysiagrass, mature zoysiagrass seeds originate from Beijing Forestry University. Employed the Pacbio SMRT sequencing platform for comprehensive sequencing of Compdare (COM) zoysiagrass. Following assembly, correction, and and Hi-C assisted assembly, the total length of the zoysiagrass chromosome-level genome sequence was determined to be 313.29 Mb, with a Scaffold N50 of 18.72 Mb.
