This is the assembled chr6 genome sequences of Salvia miltiorrhiza used in article Expansion within the CYP71D subfamily in Salvia miltiorrhiza drove the heterocyclization that characterizes tanshinone biosynthesis. All scaffolds are uploaded to NCBI Genome Center under bioproject PRJNA682867. This chr6 is a pseudo-chromosome data assembled using Hi-C technology.
