Updated December, 2025 HUC 12 PRESENCE: Depicts the Hydrologic Unit Code 12 boundaries where a population of amphibians are known to occur in Colorado based on occurrences since 1970 aggregated at the HUC12 level. OVERALL RANGE: Overall Range is defined as the area that encompasses all known activity areas within the observed range of a population of amphibians. This information was derived from Colorado Parks and Wildlife field personnel. A variety of data capture techniques were used. Various sources were referenced in developing these data. This generalized graphic representation of species range data is provided for informational purposes only and has not been prepared for, nor is it suitable for, any type of legal, regulatory, or site specific planning purposes. These data are subject to errors and change.
