Dynamic key vascular anatomy dataset for D2 lymph node dissection during laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery

The LapGC Key Vascular Anatomy Dataset (LapGC-KVAD-30) comprises 5303 high-resolution frames extracted from 30 complete laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery videos, annotated for fifteen types of key vessels across eight D2 lymph node dissection scenes. Each frame is pixel-wise segmented to capture the dynamic process of vessel exposure, dissection, and ligation. This dataset enables development and benchmarking of computer vision and AI models for surgical navigation, anatomy recognition, and intraoperative decision support in gastric cancer surgery.
