Transcriptome sequencing of synovial tissues of knee osteoarthritis rats.

Using transcriptome sequencing to screen the differntent expression genes in MIA-induced knee osteoarthritis (KOA) model rats compared with normal rats. Overall design: SD rats were divided into two groups: KOA group and NC group, which in KOA group, we used an intra-articular injection of MIA in KOA group and none treatments in NC group. Four weeks after injection, we collected rat synovium tissues to preform transcriptome sequencing analysis of mRNA.
