miRNA transcriptomic data of Jining gray goat ovarian and uterine tissues during sexual maturation

Ovarian and uterine tissues from five female Jining Gray goats were collected at the following time points: after birth (D1), 2-month-old (M2), 4-month-old (M4), and 6-month-old (M6). All samples were utilized for the construction of small RNA-seq libraries and subsequent small RNA sequencing. We explored the role of small RNAs in regulating reproductive processes in the ovary and uterus during sexual maturation. Overall design: We collected uterine and ovarian tissues from female goats at 1 day, 2 months, 4 months, and 6 months after birth, all of which came from the same farm and were raised under the same conditions.
