Big Data Analytics Maturity Model for Assessment of Malaysian Public Sector Agencies

This thesis explores the development of a big data analytics maturity model in the context of Malaysian public sector by engaging with experts from various government agencies. The maturity model consists of 14 criteria and includes an assessment questionnaire and a list of recommendations for the users. Malaysian public sector agencies are assessed to determine their big data analytics implementation maturity level. The results are beneficial for the agencies and policymakers in terms of understanding their current progress, as well as for planning and executing future big data analytics programs.
