The exopolysaccharides (EPS) accumulation of Klebsiella sp. L72 responding to Cadmium (Cd2+) exposure

In this study, a Cd(II)-tolerant and EPS production bacterium Klebsiella sp. L72 was isolated and purified from soil, and the ability to resist and removal Cd(II) was investigated, with the aim of providing a safe and effective Cd(II) removal bacterium for Cd(II) contaminated soil treatment.
