Population: All patients at Sheffield Children's Hospital (SCH) who had been prescribed Carbimazole in the previous 5 years.Conclusion: Agranulocytosis is rare, but potentially fatal. Documentation about the risk of agranulocytosis secondary to Carbimazole at SCH is poor.
