Analysis of soil microbial diversity differences with different water and nitrogen dosages under shallow burial drip irrigation. Soil
收藏资源简介:
Under different irrigation rates, nitrogen application rates had greater effects on Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Lysobacter, and Lactobacillus genera, and the most affected bacterial genera were at the W1 level. Minimedusa, Mortierella, Exophiala, Fusarium, Guehomyces, Acremonium, Leptosphaeria, and Thelebolus had greater influence. The coupling effect of water and nitrogen had a great influence on fungi genera such as Jatrophihabitans, uncultured_Bacteroidetes_bacterium, Dokdonella, Cellulomonas, Bifidobacterium, Sulfurovum, Immundisolibacter, Roseomonas, Ideonella, Legionella, Capnocytophaga, Catellatospora, Permianibacter, Rubrobacter, metagenome, Fontimonas, uncultured_Nitrosomonadaceae_bacterium, Sporichthya, and Virgisporangium. The effect of irrigation amount on bacterial community composition was greater than that of nitrogen, and the effect of nitrogen on fungi was greater than that of bacteria.
