The sequencing reads are derived from amplicons of genomic DNA samples harvested from human cells (HEK293T) after MMEJ-assisted knock-in (PITCh/LoAD) experiments. Sequencing reads were used to evaluate the characteristics of the methods at the targeted genomic loci. In addition, the entry includes sequencing reads from knock-out (KO) at the same loci and untransfected samples.
