We found several genes differentially regulated by TRPC6, and in this study focused on ESRP1 (Epithelial Splicing Regulatory Protein 1) To identify downstream signaling pathways regulated by TRPC6 we designed a time-course expereiment treating cells with the TRPC6 inhibitor for 6 and 12 hours and DMSO as control for the respective time-points.
