Estimated carbon dioxide emissions intensity of the aviation industry 2025-2030

As a contributor to global climate change, the aviation industry is also subject to emission level abatement regulations and plans. According to the 2014 Paris Climate Agreement, it is forecasted that the emission intensity of the aviation industry will improve immensely gradually. In the 2 Degree (high efficiency) scenario, emissions from the global aviation industry are estimated to decrease down to 375 grams of carbon dioxide (CO2) per revenue tonne kilometers (RTK).

作为全球气候变化的重要贡献者，航空业亦受限于排放水平削减法规及规划。依据2014年巴黎气候协定，预计航空业的排放强度将逐步大幅提升。在2度（高效）情景下，全球航空业的排放量预计将降低至每收入吨公里（RTK）375克二氧化碳（CO2）的水平。
