资源简介:
Here, we examine behavioral and brain transcriptomic (RNA-seq) responses in rat prolonged chronic unpredictable stress (PCUS) model, and their modulation by 4-week treatment with fluoxetine, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and their combinations. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for hippocampus of wistar male rats (n=3) subjected to 12 weeks of chronic unpredictable stress (CUS; 1) or rats also subjected to fluoxetine (2), lipopolysacharide (3), eicosapentaenoic acid (4), fluoxetine + eicosapentaenoic acid (5), and fluoxetine + lipopolysacharide (6) for last 4 weeks of CUS or experimentally naive rats (7).
