Data for: Optimizing probes for multi-beam ptychography

This dataset contains numerical and experimental data supporting the resultspresented in the manuscript “Optimizing probes for multi-beam ptychography”. The data include:- Synthetic test objects used in the simulations- Pupil functions defining structured probe designs- Propagated probe wavefields at the sample plane- Far-field diffraction pattern datasets- Ptychographic reconstruction results All numerical data are provided in NumPy format (.npy or .npz). Detailed descriptions of the individual datasets, array formats, and theirrelation to specific figures and sections of the manuscript are provided inthe README files included in the archive.
