Optical density data for niche breath estimation of bacterial strains along a salinity gradient

This datasets contains optical density measurements of bacterial isolates originating from several marine and brackish systems and grown under different salinity concentrations in LB medium in order to estimate their niche breadth along the salinity gradient. This datasets makes part of a larger project, in which the impact of niche breadth on transcription patterns along a salinity gradient was investigated.
