N (density, calculated as number of trees per hectare), G (basal area, calculated as the sum of the cross-sectional tree stem areas at breast height), dg (quadratic stem diameter at breast height), h100 (stand top height calculated as the mean height of the 100 largest trees per hectare), vd (coefficient of variation of stem diameters at breast height) and kd (skewness of the empirical stem diameter distribution).
