Medical Vitals Dataset for Cloudlet Federation
收藏资源简介:
To test the cloudlet federated model in HCS, different sensors, IoT board, and system to fetch the data have been used. The sensors used are spo2, body temperature and heart rate sensors. The board used for the connectivity of these sensors is ESP32 Devkit V-1 as it has a serial cable for connectivity with the system and also Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, comprise of a processor Tensilica Xtensa Dual-Core 32-bit LX6 microprocessor, running at 160 or 240 MHz, RAM is 520 Kbyte, Data Transmission rate is 150Mb/s. Moreover, the system specification with which the hardware is attached has Windows 11 Operating system installed, Arduino IDE installed, 16GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, Internet speed is 20Mbps and Processor is Core-i5. Sensors generated data has been gathered via running code in ARDUINO IDE. The biomedical sensors are attached to the patient’s body, the sensor-generated data is stored on local systems in Excel Sheets received via serial cable as well as sent to MySQL Server to make the data available in closer proximity. MySQL Server is configured in VMware on Windows Server 2012 having 1 TB SSD, Quadcore processor,16 GB RAM, 1 NIC with 20Mbps internet speed having internet access via PTCL ISP (Internet Service provider). Different Vitals have been considered such as Spo2,BPM and Body Temperature. The details of these vitals are as follows: SpO2: SpO₂ is the percentage of oxygen-saturated hemoglobin relative to total hemoglobin. It is a Continuous nature data (measured in percentage, can take any value within a range). BPM : BPM is a count of heartbeats in one minute and is thus discrete. Its normal range is (60-100) Body Temperature: Body temperature is a physical measurement with fine precision, making it a classic continuous variable. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.comcom.2025.108046
