Reconstructed survival data from Phase 3 oncology trials

This dataset contains reconstructed survival data from 357 Kaplan-Meier primary endpoint comparisons in Phase 3 randomized controlled oncology trials. Reconstructions were performed using published Kaplan-Meier curves using the software WebPlotDigitizer. The Directory file contains the file name corresponding to the experimental and control arm survival data of each Kaplan-Meier comparison, as well as the associated PMID from which the data was abstracted. In some cases, the survival data for the experimental and control arms has been incorporated into a single file; these cases are noted accordingly in the Directory.
