This repository contains supporting information for the manuscript: Evaluating roadways as barriers to gene flow in a North American ground-dwelling bird using whole-genome data Specifically, included in this repository is the habitat suitability model generated using MaxEnt (maxent_pred_ClimateNA_californica.tif), the road presence (RoadPresence.tif) and traffic volume (TrafficVolume.tif) spatial layers, and the spatial extent polygon for all spatial analyses (StudyExtent.zip).
