Bulk RNA-seq of macrophages treated with CAR/MLNP or CAR/MLNP + CSR/MLNP after co-culture with glioma cells

This project contains bulk RNA-seq data generated from bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) treated with CAR/MLNP or CAR/MLNP + CSR/MLNP after 7 days of co-culture with glioma cells. The study aims to characterize the transcriptional changes induced by the combination treatment involving a SIGLEC9-based chimeric switch receptor. Three biological replicates were collected for each group.
