We generated a digital spatial profiling (DSP) dataset from duodenal
myenteric plexus of 3-month-old 3KL and WT mice, analyzing 2–3 ROIs per
slide across 2 animals per genotype. The dataset comprises expression
values for 25 proteins, including PD-associated targets, lysosomal and
autophagy markers, internal housekeeping and background controls.
Normalized digital counts were obtained per ROI, enabling comparative
analysis of protein signatures between genotypes at an early stage of
pathology
