This project contains 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from fecal microbiota of mice in two colorectal cancer models: chemically induced azoxymethane/dextran sodium sulfate (AOM/DSS) and genetically predisposed APC-min- mice. Experimental groups include healthy controls, cancer controls, and cancer-bearing mice treated with Limosilactobacillus fermentum. The study aims to characterize gut microbiota changes associated with colorectal tumorigenesis and probiotic intervention.
