Advanced Whole Genome Sequencing using a complete PCR-free Next Generation Sequencing workflow

PCR-free library process combined with PCR-free DNBSEQ can absolutely eliminate the amplification errors before sequencing. The whole process is exact amplification error-free，and the sequencing data is regarded as the true genome. Here we write a paper to introduce a complete PCR-free Next Generation Sequencing workflow using MGIEasy PCR-Free DNA Library Prep Set or MGIEasy FS PCR-Free DNA Library Prep Set combind with MGISEQ-2000 and compared the PCR-free with PCR.All the data in the paper are uploaded in CNGB.
