Mechanical stretch induced transcriptomic profiles in cardiac myocytes [1-12 hours]

The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs). The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs) 1, 4, and 12 hours after start of the stretching. There are 3 biological replicates at each timepoint, except 2 replicates at one hour time point.
