RNAseq of the prefrontal cortex from a mouse depression model and gut microbiota analysis. Mus musculus strain:BALB/c

A mouse depression model was constructed using chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) and then treated with a probiotic compound consisting of Bacillus coagulans and Clostridium butyricum. After treatment, RNAseq of the prefrontal cortex from different groups was performe, in addition to gut microbiota analysis based on 16s rRNA gene quencing.
