**Overview**
This data package contains the state level HIV, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis and STD cases for the United States.

**Description**
This data package contains the surveillance data on diagnoses of HIV, Tuberculosis, STD and Viral Hepatitis for the United States by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Estimates rates and numbers for HIV infection diagnosis and stage 3 infection (AIDS) as collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Due to the confidentiality of the HIV diagnosis reporting and the differences in surveillance practices, there is a minimum estimate provided of persons diagnosed with the infection. It also shows the estimated total number of cases multiplied by the population.
