Infection

This file describe the results of infection prevalence per treatment combination. 1. Temperature: COLD (14ºC) and WARM (22ºC). 2. Species: LF (Northern leopard frog), WF (wood frog). 3. Genotypes: we used two clutches of wood frog and one clutch of leopard frog representing 3 genotypes. 4.Strains: we used three ranavirus strain azaC, SsMeV and the wild type wt-FV3, see ur description in the main text. 5. Infection has been assessed by two PCR using published ranavirus MCP primers. The number of infected individual per treatment combination is given. 6. Non-infected: number of non-infected individuals per treatment combination.
