Preferred convenience stores in Japan 2024

7-Eleven was the most popular convenience store among Japanese consumers, as revealed in a survey conducted in February 2024. Almost 80 percent of respondents stated that they frequently visited 7-Eleven stores, while slightly over 60 percent would frequent stores of the main competitors, FamilyMart and Lawson, respectively.
