VPRS 10544 Register of Inward Correspondence, Unused Roads and Water Frontages

The series registers the incoming correspondence received relating to the occupation and use of unused roads and water frontages from the licence holder or municipal council.Details given are:- the UR (Unused Road) or WF (Water Frontage) licence number (used as file numbers which appear on files containing correspondence with the licensee).- the registration number of the letter and the registration numbers of any piece of prior or subsequent correspondence- the date the letter was received- the name of the correspondent and registration numbers of other relevant outwards or inwards correspondence- the subject of the correspondence- the location of the land (name of the parish and municipality)Subjects dealt with included matters regarding applications for and renewals of licences, enquiries about the availability of sites and matters to do with sales, leases and other issues as requests to fence licensed land.
