Microbial sequences in soil of Ganoderma lucidum during log-cultivation Metagenome

To find a solution for the continuous cropping obstacle occurs in log-cultivation of G. lucidum, this project aims to study the microbial diversity in the soil of short-range site and long-range site to the logs during four growth phases of cultivation.
