<b>Identification of lncRNA and weighted gene coexpression network analysis of germinating </b><b><i>Rhizopus delemar </i></b><b>causing mucormycosis</b>

In this study, novel lncRNA identification and weighted gene co-expression network analysis of germinating <i>Rhizopus delemar </i>which causes a fatal mucormycosis disease was done <i> </i>reusing a publically available data. Here we provide the GTF file of the novel transcripts for the assembly GCA_000149305.1 (<i>Rhizopus delemar</i> RA 99-880) as well class codes of the merged transcripts analyzed in this study.
