eDNA Expeditions Raw sequence reads

Environmental DNA Expeditions is a global, citizen science initiative that will help measure marine biodiversity, and the impacts climate change might have on the distribution patterns of marine life, across UNESCO World Heritage marine sites. This is the raw sequence data of citizen science eDNA samples collected in 2022-2023 within the project, across 20 marine world heritage sites. This project is done in collaboration with the Ocean Biodiversity Information System (OBIS) of the intergovernmental oceanographic commission of UNESCO and the Marine Programme of the World Heritage convention.
