资源简介:
In this work, we conducted a study to illuminate the characteristics of intestinal flora in neonates with breast milk jaundice (BMJ) and subsequent used metabolomics to discover the possible mechanisms by which intestinal flora induces jaundice. The intestinal flora colonization status of BMJ is immature, which with imbalance between Firmicutes and Proteobacteria. The mechanism of BMJ may be related to the regulation of metabolic pathways by intestinal Escherichia through affecting succinic acid, cadaverine and other metabolites.
