16S raw data of acidic soil microorganisms

The sampling site is located in the Leshan City, Sichuan Province, China. The sample collected is purple soil that has sustained peach tree cultivation for an extended period, with natural grass growing beneath the trees. Soil sampling was conducted in 2019. Soil microbial composition was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.
