Real-world effectiveness and prognostic factors of platinum rechallenge in advanced urothelial cancer

This dataset contains anonymized clinical and genomic data supporting the manuscript "Real-world effectiveness and prognostic factors of platinum rechallenge in advanced urothelial cancer."<br>The dataset includes:- Baseline patient characteristics (age, sex, ECOG performance status, metastatic sites, prior treatment history)- Treatment outcomes of platinum rechallenge (objective response, progression-free survival, overall survival)- Subgroup analyses according to prognostic factors (liver metastasis, prior platinum response, treatment line, platinum-free interval)- Summary of DNA damage response (DDR) pathway alterations identified by targeted next-generation sequencing<br>All patient-level identifiers have been removed to ensure confidentiality. The dataset can be used to reproduce the main survival and response analyses presented in the article.
