To investigate the effect of butylphthalein (NBP) on gene expression after epileptic seizures, we used RNA sequencing (RNA seq) to analyze the mRNA expression after NBP treatment. The volcano plots between Sham, KA, and KA+NBP groups clearly show different gene distributions. Finally, we found that 754 shared genes overlapped between these differentially expressed genes, which was reversed by NBP treatment. Randomly divide the experimental mice into three groups: sham surgery group, KA group, and KA+NBP group. After 30 days of different treatments, 3 mice were randomly selected from each group for RNA sequencing.
