We selected WT mice and inoculated B16-F10 melanoma cells subcutaneously. After the tumor grew, PBS/IL-33 was administered intraperitoneally for 10 days. After 10 days, we obtained the draining lymph nodes and sorted cells in them. All immune cells except T cells were sorted and sequenced.
