Serratia marcescens SPE Fraction Screening LC–MS/MS (DDA) Dataset mzML files were acquired by LC–MS/MS (DDA) analysis of solid-phase extraction (SPE) fractions from extracellular metabolite extracts of Serratia marcescens (DSM 1636 and DSM 30121). Extracts were fractionated on Strata™-XL polymeric reversed-phase SPE columns using stepwise methanol elution. LC–MS/MS data were collected in positive electrospray ionization mode on a Vanquish UHPLC coupled to a Q Exactive HF Orbitrap, using a short-gradient separation on a Kinetex EVO C18 reversed-phase column and top-5 DDA MS/MS with stepped collision energies.
