This parent’s social support includes emotional/informational, tangible, affectionate, positive social, and additional. Emotional/informational support consists of 8 questionnaire items. Tangible support consists of 4 questionnaire items. Affectionate support consists of 3 questionnaire items. Positive social support consists of 3 questionnaire items. Additional support consists of 1 questionnaire item. The questions assess parental behaviors towards the child and are answered using a closed-ended format with Likert scale response options ranging from "never" to "always." This questionnaire consists of four separate social support subscales and an overall functional social support index. Test the validity and reliability with a score of 0.91.
