Plasma protein levels by Luminex assays in the Milieu Intérieur cohort

The concentration of 229 plasma proteins (cytokines, chemokines, metabolic markers, hormones, growth factors, tissue remodeling proteins, angiogenesis markers, acute-phase reactants, cancer markers, kidney damage markers, and central nervous system (CNS) biomarkers) was measured by Luminex technology for 400 subjects of the Milieu Intérieur cohort. The data were collected to identify novel genetic and non-genetic factors associated to plasma protein levels which may inform health status and disease management, as blood plasma proteins play an important role in immune defense against pathogens, including cytokine signaling, the complement system, and the acute-phase response.The dataset consist of a txt file in the form of a matrix with 400 subjects as rows and 229 protein levels as columns.
