We investigated which genomic regions the transcription factor Foxa2, ectopically introduced to induce hepatocyte-like cells (iHepCs) from MEFs through direct reprogramming, binds to in iHepCs. Overall design: We performed ChIL-seq analysis for Foxa2 in iHepC to determine its binding sites on the genomic sequence.
