资源简介:
In April 2010, stool, urine and blood samples were collected from 324 individuals and socio-demographic variables obtained from the readily available database of the Taabo health and demographic surveillance system located in south-central Côte d'Ivoire. Univariate and multivariate logistic regressions were used to calculate the association between hookworm infection as outcome and demographic, geographic, socioeconomic, parasitic, micronutrient, and inflammatory explanatory variables. Adjusted odds ratios (OR) are reported with their 95% confidence intervals (CI).. Significant associations are in bold.N/A, not applicable.
