Phengaris and Myrmica coevolution

The repository has been pruned of all non-essential local configuration and system files to ensure a clean and functional data archive. Small correction in the index_metadata.html file. Data and code supporting the study of coevolution between the social parasitic butterfly Phengaris teleius and its host ant Myrmica scabrinodis in a natural and reintroduced populations. The dataset consists of four files: 'chc.csv' contains cuticular hydrocarbon profiles; 'vibroacoustics.csv' includes acoustic signal parameters; 'playback.csv' contains data from acoustic playback experiments; and 'behaviour.csv' contains behavioural data, adoption and survival rates from behavioral assays.
