DiagEx — supplementary archive: per-run transcripts, DEXPI 2.0 outputs, and tile crops

<p>Supplementary archive for the manuscript <em>DiagEx: Zero-Shot P&amp;ID-to-DEXPI Digitization with a Vision-Language Agent</em> (Koziolek, Braun,   Bordis — under review).</p>  <p>Contains the per-run agent transcripts, intermediate DEXPI 2.0 JSON outputs, debug HTML, and tile crops underlying the published Phase 1, Phase  2, no-tile ablation, and GPT-4.1 baseline numbers. One canonical run per (fixture, condition) is shipped, selected from the source repository's  <code>out/diagex-{phase1,phase2,ablation,gpt41}/</code> trees by the build script (<code>scripts/build_release.py</code>).</p>  <p>The lightweight reproducibility-package GitHub repository — code, ground truth, results CSVs, replay cassettes — is the related Tier A record  linked below; this archive is what you pull if you want to inspect what the agent saw tile-by-tile or replay a single fixture's transcript  end-to-end.</p>  <p>File integrity: every file is listed with its sha256 in <code>MANIFEST.csv</code> at the archive root.</p>
