Supplementary Material

The adjacency matrices (Supplementary Tables S1 and S2), which were constructed based on expert validation, encode the directly confirmed influences between factors (1 for presence, 0 for absence). These matrices serve as the basis for constructing the reachability matrices (Supplementary Tables S3 and S4), which indicate whether an element can reach another, directly or indirectly, within the system (1 for reachable, 0 otherwise). Hierarchical partitioning (Supplementary Tables 5 and 6) was performed by iteratively comparing the reachability and antecedent sets of each factor, extracting hierarchical levels until the structure for all elements was established.
