PyTomography SPECT Tutorial data

This data set contains raw SPECT projection data acquired on a variety of scanners and for a variety of isotopes. The data is used in the official PyTomography SPECT tutorials at this website. Version 2 (PyTomography 4) keeps SPECT.zip as it was and adds the regions of interest that PyTomography 4's tutorials measure, as 3D Slicer segmentations: jaszak_rois.seg.nrrd (the six spheres and the background of the SIMIND Jaszczak phantom) and lu177_nema_symt2_rois.seg.nrrd (the six spheres, the lung insert and the background of the Lu-177 NEMA phantom scanned on the Siemens Symbia T2).
