The results obtained in the above experiments were analyzed studied using SAS (SAS software, South Carolina University, USA) (Rodriguez 2011) software. Relative expression of both genes and percent mortality among two RNAi feeding experiments were compared using an independent t-test. To compare mortality rate between different developmental stages during RNAi feeding experiments, one-way ANOVA was conducted followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons as post hoc test.
